Development processes
We use stringent process like SDLC and our architecture is in line with 3-tier structure. We follow the Waterfall model for the SDLC process. Our main action plans are Requirement Specifications phase, Software Design, Implementation and Testing & Maintenance. All these phases are cascaded to each other so that second phase is started as and when defined set of goals are achieved for first phase and it is completed. The waterfall model process undertaken are very much visible and easy to follow.
